As a graduate of the University of Central Florida and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Kathryn has both knowledge and expertise in selling and design.  She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, a degree in Residential Planning, designations in home staging and short sales.  Her background in these design fields has advanced her ability to sell in the realm of residential real estate.  As a native Floridian and resident of Downtown Orlando she understands the growing needs for homeowners in the Central Florida home market and specifically the Downtown market.

Kathryn loves to show all the City Beautiful has to offer, in addition to informing potential new residents about the fabulous developments on the horizon.  She believes that the home buying and selling process should be a Fun and Unique experience that culminates after finding a home that fits a person's individual personality and lifestyle.  Her goal is to utilize her specialized knowledge to give customers the best service in Orlando and retain them as clients for life.

Jeanette has earned a Master’s Degree in Management from Troy State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida (UCF).

Jeanette’s love for Orlando began with childhood visits to Disney World and matured as she moved to Orlando to attend UCF. After graduation, she chose to stay in Orlando because of its mixture of classic charm with oak-shaded streets, and its metropolitan bustle with a thriving downtown scene.  It is no surprise to Jeanette that thousands of people move to Central Florida every year. 

Her experience as an real estate investor has helped shape her career in real estate.  She is here to provide guidance and make sure your home buying and selling needs are met.  Jeanette will work with you as a member of your team and find the right fit for you.
