Audubon Park is a neighborhood just East of Downtown Orlando known for it's mid-century architecture and walk-able shops and restaurants. This neighborhood used to be a Naval training Base, so many of the 1960s atomic ranch homes have similar floor plans. However, you would not know it. Many mid-century home lovers have taken ownership in recent years and enhanced the angled roofs, terrazzo floors, unique windows and patterned block walls prevalent in this community. Audubon Park is also home to Orlando's first indoor farmer's market, East End Market. This neighborhood is hip, trendy, walk-able, bike-able and conveniently located near Downtown Orlando and Winter Park. The Audubon Park Main Street district is dedicated to promoting and improving the shopping and dining district along Corrine Dr. and puts on annual events to improve the community.
